Pick-Up Service Plus
Our Pick-Up Service Plus offers you certainty for your returns, repairs and recycling logistics. We can handle your entire returns process – from labelling the return parcel with the address of the pick up point to delivering this to the return address, anywhere in the Netherlands. We pick up parcels from business addresses and consumers. 

Exchange
You can also combine our pick up service with a new delivery, which is handy when it comes to exchanges. You can even use this service to exchange a number of parcels in one go. The service extends to both business and consumer addresses.

In the case of a consumer address, it is possible that the addressee will not be at home when the delivery attempt is made and consequently, not there to hand over the return parcel. After the standard second delivery attempt, the addressee can drop off the return parcel at the same time that he or she collects the newly delivered parcel.

How does it work

Benefits
You get the following standard benefits when you use the Pick-Up Service Plus:

• we collect from both business and consumer addresses
• you decide to which address the returns are to be delivered
• standard extra cover of €500
• Track & Trace option
• alternative returns service for the West Friesian Islands 
  (Business Reply Service, Unfranked)
• future orders are possible
  we see that your parcels have the correct return address
• if there is no one to take delivery at the delivery address the parcel is kept for a year (with notice of delivery left at the collection address)     

Conditions
To make use of the Pick-Up Service Plus, your consignment must meet the following conditions:

• maximum weight per parcel: 31.5 kg
• maximum size per parcel: 58 x 78 x 175 cm
• minimum size per parcel: 10 x 10 x 1 cm
• AVG items (items covered by the TPG Post General Conditions for the Transport of Goods) only
• you must be a TPG Post contract customer and send or have TPG Post collect more than 3,000 parcels per year
• TPG Post cannot collect parcels from addresses on the West Friesian Islands 
• you make use of our IT Pakket or a self-implementation version of this
