Alongside the fast and reliable delivery of parcels, TNT Post Parcel Service can also distribute your pallets (>50kg) for you. We offer you a complete range of options, including proof of delivery and Track & Trace. You can use Track & Trace at any time to monitor the whereabouts of your shipment and to see who accepted the delivery. What’s more, you can also combine our pallet service with a range of optional services.

Optional services
TNT Post Parcel Service is keen to meet your specific needs and so offers you a wide selection of optional services. These include cash on delivery (COD) and extra insurance cover and can be combined according to your wishes.

Notifying us of your pallet shipments couldn’t be easier. Using the Parcelware dispatch application supplied by TNT Post Parcel Service, you can send us a pre-alert for all your parcels, pallets and heavy or long cargo in one go.

Conditions
The cargo service is only available to customers with a parcel contract for at least 100 parcels and/or 1,000 pallets per year, including a daily pick-up.

FAQ

When do I have to use a pallet for my shipment?
If your shipment weighs more than 50kg you must place it on a pallet. Bulky, irregular-shaped items should also be loaded onto a pallet.

How do I send a pre-alert for my pallet?
You can use the dispatch application supplied by TNT Post Parcel Service to notify us of your shipments in advance. TNT Post Parcel Service customers can request Parcelware.
