About misdeliveries

Nearly all the parcels entrusted to us to deliver arrive on time. It is however possible that you (or a neighbour) mistakenly take delivery of a parcel that is not intended for you - an unpleasant situation for you, for the person who was supposed to receive the parcel and for us. In such a case, the postman or woman may return to ask for the parcel back.
