Receiving a parcel
We do everything we can to ensure that a parcel arrives at its destination promptly, safe and sound, and this also means making it as easy as possible to take delivery of a parcel. Are you expecting a parcel, but not at home when our driver comes to hand it over? In that case, we’ll leave it with a neighbour or simply try again later. In either case, we’ll leave a notice of delivery in your letterbox. We also deliver parcels to PO Boxes, which is convenient if you need your parcel early.

Are you expecting a parcel?
You may not always be at home to recieve your parcel. That's no problem, you will recieve a notification that we may have left it at your neighbours, that we will try again the next day, or that the parcel has been dropped at the Post Office so you can pick it up. Easy!
