About damaged goods

TNT Post Parcel Service makes sure that your parcel arrives at its destination in good condition. In spite of our bests efforts, it occasionally occurs that a parcel arrives damaged, in which case you may want to inform the sender that in a number of cases compensation can be paid for the damage or to cover the costs of posting.

Packaging instructions

It is perfectly safe to send valuable or precious goods. Ofcourse you want to be sure that your goods will still be in one piece when they are delivered. Be sure to use solid packaging materials like a cardboard box and foam to protect your parcel from damage.
