Choose your own TNT Post Servicepoint
Shopping online is quick and easy, but you may not be at home when your purchase arrives. PakjeGemak is the solution for you. If you are making a purchase with a company that is registered for this service, you can choose where and when you collect your order.

How does it work

You simply click on the PakjeGemak button when ordering and then choose, from almost 1,200 TNTPost Service Points across the country, where you will pick up your parcel. These service points are easy to reach and are often open in the evening. Your parcel is brought directly to the service point of your choice where you can collect it as soon as the day after you place the order. You no longer have to worry about when the post office is open.

TNT Post Service Points are located in supermarkets and kiosks close to you. Once you have selected the PakjeGemak service point of your choice, you will be sent an e-mail notification (your “pick-up slip”). Print this out and you can pick up your parcel (or have it collected by someone you have authorised) at the service point you have selected.

Wether you can actually choose your own pick up location out of our 1250 TNT Post Service Points depends on your web merchant. As a customer of TNT Post Parcel Service, they can choose to offer you this service.

Rates

Webshop owners are free to apply their special rates for this service. Some will offer it for free, some will charge you for the extra service. Check your webshop for their PakjeGemak rates.
