  • undeliverable parcels are returned free of charge

Conditions
If you would like to send a parcel to a destination in the EU, it must meet the following conditions: 

  • maximum weight: 30 kg
  • maximum length: 175 cm
  • maximum circumference plus length: 150 cm
  • accompanied by completed dispatch document (available at the post office)        
  • weight category: 20 – 30 kg; rate incl. VAT 


Tip: When you include the telephone number of the addressee this can speed up delivery. This applies especially in the case of PO Boxes and Southern European destinations (Italy, Spain and Portugal).
