About the personal customer environment

The personal Internet environment
Especially for our contract customers, we have created a personal Internet environment. This Internet environment has been established in such a way that you can take care of all your parcel matters.

All your parcel matters in one overview
First, we focus on the main functionalities such as preparing your shipments. Then, this Internet environment also provides acces to our new and improved Track & Trace facilities. We expect that this Internet environment will provide a much bigger added value for our contract customers.

How does it work?

Using your own login, you have access to your own homepage. You can take care of all your matters just at once, such as preparing and addressing your shipments. Next to that, new Track & Trace functionaities are available. For instance, you can search not only by barcode but also by your own reference number, for example an order number.

We will offer the new personal Internet environment in phases through our account managers. We will start with customers who already use the Internet version of Parcelware. Our customers will soon receive a message from us.

Yes, using this personal online customer environment is absolutely free of charge. There are no additional fees.
