Global Pack is a safe and affordable way to send your non-time-sensitive business parcels weighing up to 20 kg to all destinations outside Europe. Global Pack parcels can be delivered to business or consumer addresses outside the EU, and this distinguishes from the products of our competitors that are mainly aimed at delivery to business addresses. Global Pack combines affordable rates with a reliable transit time.
 
You can use the Global Pack print program to prepare your Global Pack parcel for dispatch.

• Track & Trace: you can track your parcel in a number of countries.
• No minimum quantity: you can make use of the Global Pack service for as little as one parcel a year.
• Second delivery attempt: if there is no one at home to take delivery of your Global Pack parcel, we make a second delivery attempt later.           

Conditions
You can use the Global Pack service for your parcels addressed to destinations outside the EU if they meet the following conditions:

• maximum weight: 20 kg
• maximum length: 150 cm
• maximum circumference + length: 300 cm

If you send more than 100 parcels annually to a single destination country, we can offer you a quantity discount. For a customised quotation contact your account manager or phone our Business Service on +31 76 527 2727.
 
Depending on the contents of the parcel and the destination, the addressee may have to pay customs costs upon delivery. See http://www.douane.nl/ for more information.

In the case of loss or damage, the actual damage (on the basis of the purchase invoice, excluding VAT) will be paid to a maximum of €200,- depending on the destination.
