About Track & Trace

24 hour online tracking
You can always follow your parcel to it's destination using our online parcel tracking system Track & Trace. In a few clicks, you know if the parcel is underway, or if it has already reached it's destination. Track anywhere you want, at any time you want.

Track & Trace is available for both domestic and (many) international destinations. And for domestic destinations, you can even check the signature for delivery online (if appliccable). The only thing you need is the barcode which you will find at the bottom of the dispatch document, or in your Parcelware or MyPost dispatch software.

New Track & Trace
We’ve taken Track & Trace even further. On the revamped website your customers are provided with more information about their parcels. Track & Trace has many benefits:

  • Your customers can see at a glance whether their parcel is in the collection, sorting or distribution system and whether our driver is underway to deliver the parcel.
  • Would you like to know for sure that the parcel has been delivered and your customer has signed for it? When you request the “signature on delivery” service for a parcel you'll be able to see your customer’s signature online. And now your customer will also be able to see the signature as well.
  • The delivery address is now shown, and if the parcel was delivered to a different address, like that of the neighbour, this address will appear instead.
  • You can track your parcels well beyond the borders too. If you have sent parcels abroad your customers will be able to see more information on these.

How does it work

Once your parcel is on its way, you can track its progress using our Track & Trace service - online, 24 hours day. You can easily check the status of a domestic shipment using the Track & Trace entry on the right of this webpage. For domestic shipments which include a signature on delivery, this signature can also be checked online.

Just fill in the following:

  • Barcode of your parcel
    You can find this on the parcel and on the dispatch document you received
  • Zipcode of the addressee
    (in case of an international shipment, simply select 'international')
  • Click 'Search'

Please note that Parcelware users can also check the status of their shipments directly from their Parcelware environment.
