The customer, on the other hand, will only do that if it takes very little effort, and certainly only if this is free! With the business reply service, you lower the threshold and increase the response.  

How does it work

Conditions
You will need to have a TNT Post customer number to register for the business reply service.

No customer number yet?
You can request a TNT Post customer number online (Dutch only) or at your local Business Point. Send us the printed and signed form and once we have approved your application, you can start providing your customers with your business reply number.

Rates

Rates
The annual subscription charge for the business reply service is €120. In addition to this, you pay a per item rate that is related to the weight.

Signing up for the service
If you are already a TNT Post business customer, you can apply for the business reply service. Depending on your needs, you will receive your business reply number in 2 to 14 days.
