There is a considerable difference between having your business mail sent to Kerkstraat 23a or to PO Box 1202. A PO Box address gives your business a more professional look. There are approximately one thousand PO Box stations in the Netherlands, which means that there is always one close to you. In addition, at most locations you can collect your mail (letters and parcels) as early as 7.30 am.

How does it work

Conditions
You must first be registered with the Chamber of Commerce (KvK) in the Netherlands in order to conclude a PO Box contract with us. For further information, visit www.tntpost.nl (Dutch only) or go to your local Postoffice or Business Point.

Rates

How much is a PO Box?
The annual fee for a PO Box is €120,-. Once a year, you will receive a bill for the annual fee that must be paid in advance. The term of the contract is one year and this is tacitly renewed for one year at a time. You can terminate the contract up to one month before the end of the current contract year.
