About EU-Pack Special

Do you want a fast and affordable way to get your international parcels to your customers? If you are sending these to a country in the European Union, your natural choice would be EU-Pack Special (EPS). Thanks to an excellent distribution network, the EPS service offers you a fast and reliable transit time to a large number of countries in Europe. If your parcel is going to Belgium it will even arrive the next day! Preparing your EPS parcels for dispatch is a breeze with our handy dispatch application IT Pakket naar IT Pakket and MailCenter naar MailCenter.

Advice!: Always include the telephone number of the recipient on the parcel.

Transit times and destinations 
With the EPS service, your parcel will arrive at its destination within a few days for a large number of countries in the EU. If your parcel is destined for Belgium it will even be delivered the next day. 

How does it work

To send your parcels using the EPS service, you must first have a contract with TNT Post Parcel Service. For more information, contact your account manager or phone our Business Service on +31 76 527 2727.

• No minimum quantity: you can make use of the EPS service even if you only send one parcel a year.
• Reliable distribution network: with our highly advanced, integrated distribution network, in Europe as well you are guaranteed fast delivery and a reliable transit time for your parcels.
• Next-day service to Belgium: we deliver your parcels within 24 hours throughout Belgium.
• At least two delivery attempts: if the addressee is not at home to take delivery of your EPS parcel, there will at least one more delivery attempt before they are sent to the depot for collection.
• Certainty at no extra charge: when delivering the parcel we always get a signature on delivery. Your parcel is also insured for up to €500 as standard. 
• Dedicated Customer Service: for queries regarding the dispatch status of your parcel, you can contact Customer Service International on 0900 0570 (can only be dialled within the Netherlands).
• Track a parcel: you can follow the progress of your parcel 24 hours a day.
• Preparing your parcel for dispatch is fast and easy: you can use our Parcelware software or MyPost or the special barcode sticker to prepare your EPS parcel for dispatch.              

Conditions
You can use the EPS service for your parcels addressed to destinations in the EU if they meet the following conditions:

• maximum weight: 31.5 kg
• maximum length: 150 cm
• maximum circumference + length: 300 cm
• no delivery to PO Boxes
• you must have a contract with TNT Post Parcel Service

Rates
