About Collection Service

Convenient and not expensive
With our Collection Service, we will collect your mail and parcels at a time that you have chosen, between 16:00 and 18:00. Save yourself time and effort with the Collection Service, starting from € 5,60 a day. 

Almost all types of mail will be collected
All your mail will be collected with our Collection Service, from mailpieces to printed paper and parcels and even registered mail. Just your mail with value declaration or insured transport will have to be brought to your Business Point yourself. The frequency of collection can be decided yourself, form once a week to collection on a daily basis.

How does it work

Free materials
In order to prepare your mail for the Collection Service, you will receive some free materials. You can always order extra in our online shop:

• White labels for mailbags: for unfranked mail;
• Yellow labels for mailbags: for Zaklabels geel: voor party mail;
• Red labels: voor extra services like registered mail;
• Role container labels (yellow);
• Orderform for party mail.

Weight
Please notice the following maximum weight for mailbags and containers:

• Mailbags: 20 kg;
• Containers: 325 kg.

Rates

Starting at € 5,60 a day
The rates for the Collection Service depend on the amount of mail that is collected and the number of days per week that you want us to collect. If you want us to collect one mailbag every working day, we will charge you € 5,60 per day per month.

Rates
The Collection Service is based on a monthly fee of € 87,75 plus an amount per day:

• Per mailbag: € 1,20; 
• Per container: € 4,70.   

All amounts are excluding VAT.
