About PakjeGemak
The biggest network of pick-up points in the Netherlands
Online shopping no longer means having to stay home to take delivery of your order. With PakjeGemak, your customer has the choice of having his order delivered to his home address or to one of the 2.000 pick-up points of TNT Post. TNT Post Parcelservice has the biggest network in the Netherlands. There is always a pick-up point nearby your customer and the pick-up points are always located at the best locations. That saves time for your customer and guarantees the return of the customers to your webshop.
Extra service at no extra cost
With PakjeGemak you can offer your customers an extra service. And it’s simple to integrate it with the ordering process on your website. And there no additional cost involved, to yourself and to your customers.
How does it work?
When your customer places an order, he or she immediately selects the location to which the order should be delivered. This could be a home or work address, or your customer might find it more practical to opt for a PakjeGemak pick-up point instead. Your customer enters the postal code, town/city or region and is then shown the closest pick-up points (and the opening hours). The customer selects the most convenient pick-up point and continues with the ordering process on your webshop.
Notification
You can arrange to have your customer notified, via a text message or an e-mail, that the parcel is on its way to the selected pick-up point. This service costs €0.25 for each notification sent.
Tendering
You tender your PakjeGemak parcels (up to 31.5kg) at the usual locations (Business Counter or Business Point). Of course, you can also make use of our Collection Service.
Service levels
The standard service levels of TNT Post Parcel Service apply to this service. Transmission time is generally 24 hours. The parcel can be picked up after 4pm on the day after dispatch.
Opening hours of PakjeGemak locations
PakjeGemak locations have long opening hours. At more than 600 locations opening hours are until 8pm on extended-hours shopping days, and on Saturday some 1.600 locations are open. The table below gives you an idea of the opening hours.

You can check the status of your PakjeGemak shipment 24 hours a day via Track & Trace.
Optional services
The PakjeGemak service can be combined with Signature on Delivery, Extra Cover and COD. You can also select PakjeGemak with or without notification.
Rates
No additional costs
There is no additional charge when you opt to use PakjeGemak. You just pay the regular delivery charges and frank the parcel using our Parcelware dispatch application. It doesn’t cost your customer anything extra either. The only additional charges will be those for any optional services you opt for.
Conveyance agreement
You can use the PakjeGemak service if you send at least 100 (domestic) parcels per year under contract with TNT Post Parcel Service.
