Pick-Up Service Basic
Pick-Up Service Basic is a more affordable alternative to Pick-Up Service Plus. This service allows you to have return parcels that are ready for dispatch collected from a business reply address. Collections are made during the regular distribution journeys in the Netherlands. You can make use of Pick-Up Service Basic if you are a TNT Post Parcel Service contract customer, use the Parcelware and have a business reply number .

Pick-Up Service Basic offers you the following services:

• Track & Trace for the parcel sender
• the parcel arrives at its destination within 48 hours

How does it work

Conditions
The following conditions apply to Pick-Up Service Basic:

• maximum weight per parcel: 31.5 kg
• maximum size per parcel: 58 x 78 x 175 cm
• minimum size per parcel: 10 x 10 x 1 cm
• maximum 5 parcels per consignment 
• you have a business reply number
• you are a contract customer and have Parcelware 
• the destination address is a business reply address in the Netherlands 
• the collection address is in the Netherlands (excluding the West Friesian Islands) 
• Have I interpreted this correctly? This is the first time I’ve come across reference to an AVG Antwoordnummer the parcel tendered by the sender is fully and correctly addressed with the business reply address
• the item is franked using an AVG business reply number
